Cancellation Policy
Life happens. Plans evolve. We understand! We do ask, as a courtesy to other clients and your host, that you please notify us as far in advance of any needed changes cancellations as possible. If you cancel within forty-eight hours of your scheduled arrival or fail to show up, we will ask for payment equivalent to one night’s stay. If it is a problem out of your control (cancelled flights, weather, etc.) just be in touch and we will work with you. Thanks for your understanding and just keep us in the loop!
